Titanium Grade 5 Seamless Tube

Gr5 titanium seamless tube is made of titanium alloy seamless pipe material with a hollow cross-section and no seams. Its core material is Ti-6Al-4V (UNS R56400), which belongs to heat-treatable titanium alloys, containing 87.6%-91% titanium, 5.5%-6.76% aluminum, and 3.5%-4.5% vanadium.

Standard tolerance range：

Outer diameter tolerance: +/-0.13 mm or +/-0.10 mm (depending on the pipe diameter).

Wall thickness tolerance: +/-0.10 mm.

1. Chemical composition detection: detection by a spectrometer, chemical analyzer, and other equipment.

2. Physical property detection: detection by tensile testing machine, hardness tester, and other equipment.

3. Safety performance test: Detection is carried out through magnetic particle detection, ultrasonic detection, and other equipment.
