TA15 titanium bar is a high-strength, lightweight α+β titanium alloy,which is renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance, superior mechanical properties, and low impurity content (only 1.04%). Designed for demanding applications,ta15 titanium bar exhibits outstanding performance even in the extreme environments, because of this features ,making it suitable for various industries including aerospace, automotive, and medical implants.
These bars are customizable in size, with diameters up to 20 mm and weights up to 300 kg, and are manufactured using hot forging, hot extrusion, and hot rolling processes. The surfaces are sandblasted and polished, resulting in a smooth, burr-free finish that meets Grade A quality standards, making them highly popular with industrial users.

Welding and Fabrication mathods
TA15 titanium bars can be welded using TIG or MIG processes to ensure high weld strength without affecting material properties. Precision machining and forming require adequate cooling to minimize tool wear and prevent heat buildup.
Precautions for use
It is not recommended to use it in environments with high concentrations of chlorination.
Performance degradation will occur when exposed to temperatures exceeding its critical heat resistance limit for extended periods.So,that is forbidden do to that.
It requires specialiaed processing tools because of its hardness and toughness.
