Gr5 Titanium seamless pipe is a weldless hollow pipe made of titanium or titanium alloy through a high-temperature and high-pressure forming process, which has excellent performance of high strength (tensile strength up to 140kgf/mm²), corrosion resistance (especially resistant to seawater and chloride environment) and high temperature resistance (some alloys still maintain plasticity at -253°C).
According to the type of titanium alloy structure, seamless pipes can be divided into three categories: α type (such as TA1, TA2), β type (such as TB2), and α+β type (such as TC4), which correspond to different strength and temperature resistance requirements. Its production process mainly includes hot extrusion, cold rolling, etc., with an outer diameter range of 6-80mm and a wall thickness of 0.5-4.5mm.
