What's the Gr4 titanium flange

The Gr4 titanium flange is a heavy-duty industrial pipe connector.It is manufactured by the highest grade commercial pure titanium (UNS R50700),and it is an important type of titanium flange. This flange uses Gr4 (Grade 4) titanium material, which is corresponding to TA3 (Chinese grade) in international standards or Ti 0.2Pd (titanium alloy containing trace amounts of palladium), these material of the titanium flange has high strength and good corrosion resistance, which make it suitable for industrial applications with medium strength requirements and corrosive environments. Pressure rating and temperature requirements

Pressure rating and temperature are the core indicators for selecting titanium flanges. The pressure rating refers to the maximum pressure that the flange can withstand, and the temperature requirement refers to the highest temperature it can tolerate. It is essential to ensure that the flange parameters match the system operating conditions; otherwise, it leaks or may damage the equipment.

Size and specifications match

Flange dimensions must be compatible with the piping system, including outer diameter, thickness, and bolt hole parameters. Select a flange with the same diameter as the pipe to ensure a secure and leak-free connection.

Material selection and corrosion resistance

Titanium flanges have strong corrosion resistance and are suitable for harsh environments. Threaded Flanges
